JOIN US for our Annual “Roo-Union” Picnic at Happy Valley Park from 1:00 - 4:00 pm, 13770 SE Ridgecrest Road, Happy Valley. · After missing the last two years due to wildfires and covid, this year we are planning a fun annual picnic and invite you to bring family and hounds:  Greyhounds welcome! Our picnic location is Section “A” within the park, which has a covered shelter with tables, a restroom, and two off-leash, unmonitored dog parks - one for small the other for large dogs.

• Entry fee is just $10, $5 for children under 12.

• Meet some of our foster dogs available for adoption.

• Your name will be entered into a drawing for a large cuddlepiller for your favorite hound.

• A Mexican food truck, El Mas Chingon, will be there with tasty food to purchase, and we’ll provide free soft drinks and bottled water..

• We'd love you to bring your favorite dessert to share with the group, and also a new dog toy for our new foster dogs.

• Several vendors will be at the picnic, as well as our merchandise table and a silent auction..
